While your upcoming development centre is not the same as an assessment centre, there are many similarities. For this course, Hannah Harrison – an assessment centre expert – has given us some exclusive insights into how to best tackle this sort of group exercise.

Hannah is a recruiter who has been working in the early careers space for the past 20 years. She has worked in both in-house roles and as an outsourced partner to a wide range of companies and sectors. 

Hannah has also designed a number of group exercises on a consultancy basis and trained assessors on how to review and score candidates, so has bucketloads of expertise and insights to share on this topic.
