In the last year we delivered learning and leadership development to participants at every level in 15 organisations across the UK and Europe. From one-off workshops to year-long leadership programmes, our team has deep expertise in designing and delivering exceptional learning experiences.

On the basis of our exceptional learning delivery within early careers and employability, clients have increasingly asked us to deliver broader learning and leadership development interventions. In recent years we have added exceptional leadership development expertise to the team to strengthen our offer in this area.

We have particularly deep expertise in leadership development within universities, given our extensive knowledge and experience in the sector, however we deliver learning and leadership development across a wide range of sectors and industries from junior professionals to Partners and Executive Boards.

We deliver a wide range of workshops, modules, conferences, executive coaching, team events and complex leadership development programmes both as off-the-shelf content or bespoke design. Our highly impactful learning can be delivered digitally or in person and is often supported with wrap-around resources to transfer learning back into action and impact in role using toolkits, videos, one-page prompts and follow your curiosity builders.

Case studies

  • Collective Leadership at Liverpool

    Since 2022, Gradconsult has partnered with the University of Liverpool to design and deliver Collective Leadership at Liverpool, a six-month leadership development programme for leaders across all functional areas of the university. Gradconsult and The Academy collaborated to co-create a learning experience that challenges leaders to think and act in new ways, to explore best practice and be part of a growing culture of leadership excellence across the university.

    In partnership with the University of Leeds, Gradconsult has designed and delivered an ongoing university-wide management development programme on values-led leadership, as well as bespoke values-led leadership programmes for specific academic and professional services departments. The programme supports leaders at the university to embody the University of Leeds values in their own practice as authentic leaders.
