Founder & Managing Director
Rebecca is a global expert in early careers and learning, recognised through her fellowship of the ISE, CIPD and RSA. Having worked over two decades with employers, education providers and funders, Rebecca inspires impact across our team and the wider industry.

Director
Having joined Gradconsult after a decade of designing, delivering and managing large-scale employability initiatives, Mike expertly consults on a wide range of projects. He is an acclaimed public speaker and advocate for the employability agenda.

Emma Moore
Director
Once the Director of Careers and Employability at the University of Liverpool, Emma now draws on her extensive industry knowledge to create practical, collaborative solutions that help universities, employers and regional partners work together more effectively, whilst driving local and regional growth.

Gabi Binnie
Head of Programmes and Research
Gabi’s unique background in student and graduate careers research and policy (within institutions such as AGCAS and the ISE) paired with a deep commitment to student success, makes her perfectly suited to leading on Gradconsult’s funded projects, and their evaluation.

Senior Consultant
Describing herself as passionate about ‘developing the best in people,’ Rachel is a skilled facilitator and highly qualified coach and mentor. She has over 20 years of experience in learning, leadership and culture development, and helping individuals and teams thrive within complex, ever-changing contexts.

Merryn McGregor
Project Manager
Since the beginning of her career, Merryn’s focus has been enhancing career and development opportunities for those early on in their careers. As a Chartered Psychologist, Merryn uses her theoretical knowledge and practical skills to manage Gradconsult’s large and complex projects with rigour, insight and care.

Despite only graduating in summer 2025, Ella already has 1.5 years of experience working full-time in the early careers/ HE sector, and her unique ‘Gen- Z’ perspective enhances our work with students and graduates.
