Strategy, research and consultancy

We work as a trusted partner with early careers and HR teams seeking to launch new initiatives or deliver change. That could be on large scale transformations around the whole early careers delivery model or focused on a very particular area of your work, for example: university partnerships, driving diversity, embedding learning agility, engaging hiring managers or refreshing assessment strategies.

We are also experts in research and evaluation to inform strategy. We can produce detailed research reports, independent project or team evaluations and recommendations.

Before we start working together, we will have a detailed discussion to help us understand your context and objectives, and then we will send over a proposal outlining how we can help. Strategy and consultancy delivery looks different for different clients, we can work in person or online, with just the Director or the wider team.

Projects can range on scope from a half day facilitated strategy session, to an all-encompassing strategic review. Research methods include surveys, focus groups, interviews and desk-based research. Larger projects often involve working with a wide range of stakeholders including current or former early career hires, hiring managers and senior business leaders.

At the start of a project, we will also agree an output – this could be anything from a simple presentation deck, a one pager containing our recommendations, a presentation of findings/recommendations, or a comprehensive 20-page report, whatever is most useful for your situation.
