We work as a trusted partner with university careers teams delivering change. We work on lots of different types of projects; anything from a full careers service review or strategy development to projects focused on a more specific area of your work, for example: student engagement, embedded employability, peer to peer delivery, placements, or graduate attributes.
We can also provide detailed research reports and produce independent project or service evaluations.

Review of careers and employability strategy
In 2022/23 Gradconsult were commissioned by Newcastle University to undertake a full review of the institution’s careers and employability strategy. We facilitated the development of a new strategy that was informed by the wider institutional strategy and national context.
